Admation 3.132 Release Notes

This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release. Release Overview The focus of the release was to address a number of smaller issues throughout the 

system, particularly in identifying assets in the Ad Storage list, and various issues in the Projects List and Details screens.

Improvements

AD-23120 Projects List > Adjust job structure to be more like WIP Report

Jobs displayed in the WIP Report had a more obvious job structure and hierarchy shown on screen than we had in the Projects list. We have now updated the job structure in the Projects List to match this.

We have also included the ability to include/exclude Projects, Sub Projects, and/or Deliverables from the found set of search results.

Users can now include/exclude projects, sub projects and deliverables from Projects list search results

AD-22750 Projects List > Include additional filters in the Saved Search parameters

When saving a reusable search filter, users can now include the “Projects Only”, "Finalised”, and “On Hold” parameters in those searches.

AD-23110 Project Details > Ability to archive deliverables

Added the ability for a deliverable to be marked as Archived within an in progress project. This is to assist in those times that a deliverable has had some work done and we want to retain that, but it is cluttering up the project and getting in the way.

Archive/Unarchive a deliverable in a project, as well as show/hide archived deliverables

AD-22877 Project Details > Key Dates > Add logic-based date entry restrictions

Added functionality which will prevent a user from entering a “Start Date” that is before an “End Date”. We also now require the “Supply Date” to be before the “Live Date”.

AD-23126 Project Details > Add Phase “Dot” icon to sub projects and deliverables.

We have now added the Phase “dot” icon in the deliverables list within a project. These also show against the project and sub projects in the same list. When a user rolls over the 

icon, the name of the phase is shown.

AD-22631 Project Details > Automatically assign the default Phase to sub projects

Organisations are already able to apply a default phase to a new project, but we have 

now extended this so that new sub projects are also assigned the default phase.

AD-22148 Enable Rich Text Formatting on the Overview field of a Job

Allow users to add formatting to the text entered into the Overview field of a deliverable.

AD-23112 Recommended Approval Template Rules > Add option for DocumentTypes

Recently we added functionality which allows an administrator to specify a set of conditions that a job can be in which will then help admation suggest approval templates 

to an approval submitter. These were focussed on details within the job, but we have now also added an option to include Document Types as part of this suggestion logic.

This means that, if a user is submitting a specific type of document, an approval template can be suggested based on the template rules.

AD-22461 Finalising Assets > Default notification date and recipients

During the finalisation process for assets, a default Usage Rights Expiry date can be applied for an organisation. Now, an organisation can also have a defaulted send date for 

a notification that this expiration date is approaching (e.g. 30 days prior to the usage rights expiring), as well as a default group to send the notification to. 

This is to allow an organisation to specify a default value for these data points so that there is more chance of a notification being sent to a licensing team at the right time. 

Users still retain the opportunity to adjust the notification date and recipient group on an asset by asset basis should they need to.

AD-23105 Ad Storage > Help user to identify archived assets, and allow unarchiving of assets

Users are now able to view an icon to denote that an asset has been archived in the asset list, and made it more prominent within the asset details if an asset has been archived. Assets are also now able to be Unarchived from within the asset details screen.

AD-23119 Ad Storage > Allow user to identify expired assets

We have added an icon to denote that an asset has reached its usage expiry date.

AD-23241 Resource Management > Batch Assign Tasks

Previously, a manager would need to assign each task to a person individually. While this worked well, it was laborious for times where there were many tasks to assign to the same 

person.Now, a manager can select a set of tasks and quickly assign them to a person. If differing task types have been set on the selected tasks, the list is broken down into task type groups and tasks in each task type can have a single user assigned to them

Users can now select a set of tasks to batch assign them.

If the user has selected tasks for differing types of assignees, they can assign them in groups.

Bug Fixes

AD-22750 Projects List > Sort projects alphabetically by name

Previously, sorting the projects list by the “Project” label was sorting by the ID of the 

project. Now it will sort by the project name.

AD-22352 Projects List > Column View > Deliverables in Sub Projects not Appearing

Fixed a bug which prevented deliverables applied to a Sub Project from displaying in the

Column View of the Projects List.

AD-23107 Approval Centre Feedback

We have made some small modifications to the Approval Centre screen based on user feedback.

• The text selection markup tool icon has been updated to be more intuitive. 

• If a user had filtered the markup list to show only markups that had not been 

actioned, as you actioned them, they did not hide themselves immediately. We 

have fixed this.

• Fixed a bug which preserved the incorrect scroll bar elements when switching 

between the regular approval mode and compare versions mode.

• Markups that are applied to a multipage document were able to appear in the 

wrong order in the markups list panel.

AD-23097 Approval Centre > Approval Decision Modal > “View Batch” link broken

Fixed a bug where the “View Batch” button would not work from a specific place.

AD-23109 Resource Management > Timeline > Cannot scroll the Log Time modal

Fixed a bug which prevented a user from vertical scrolling in the Log Time modal of a 

task
