3.130 Release Notes (November 2025)

This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks

included in this admation release.

Release Overview

The focus of the release was to further improve approval submissions as well as to fix some other small issues.

Improvements

AD-22932 Approvals > Add the ability to update the Submission Team during/after the approval process

When submitting an item for approval, the submitter can specify a Submission Team. This is a group of users who will be notified when feedback is received for this submission.

Submission Teams are useful in organisations where we want feedback to be received by several people and any of them can jump in and make the required changes. For

example, a studio where one of several graphic designers can apply any feedback.

Up to now, a Submission Team could only be applied at the point of submitting the work for approval, but now we are also able to adjust this at any time after submission. This is

useful in times when we forgot to apply a submission team, but also in times where a specific type of feedback may be routed to different teams. For example, if this work is

being translated between languages, you might route the feedback to a translation group rather than the design group. When you set a submission team after the approval request has already been submitted,

the members of the submission team will be notified. They will also be notified when feedback comes in.

A Submission Team can now be applied to an existing approval request via the Approval Details screen

AD-22922 Submission Manager UI/UX Minor Update

We have made some minor modifications to the style of the Approval Submission screen. In this iteration we have focussed on removing some of the darker, “heavy” elements of the page and replacing them with a lighter, airier look, bringing them further in line with other style changes we have been making over recent releases.

The styling of the Approval Submission screen has been slightly enhanced

AD-22916 Approvals > Reinstate the ability to remove an approver once they receive an item for approval

In a recent release we removed the ability to remove a user from an approval request after they had already been notified of the request. We have reimplemented this functionality.

AD-22866 Admin > Rename the Inbound and Outbound Checklist modules

Admation allows organisations to add checklists into their workflow at the point of submitting work for approval (filled in by the submitter), and/or at the point of approving

the submission (filled in by the approver). These checklists were referred to as “Inbound Checklists” and “Outbound Checklists” which could get confusing. As such, we have renamed them to;

Checklists – Reviewer (these are completed by the reviewers)

Checklists – Submitter (these are completed by the submitter)

If you feel that your organisation would benefit from using checklists in your workflows, please reach out to your Client Success Manager who will be able to walk you through the steps for configuration.

AD-22952 Resource Management > Add ability to deactivate task types

Some clients were finding that their list of Task Types in the resources system was getting very long but they didn’t want to delete any that were no longer being used.

You can now set an Inactive status on these Task Types in the Admin system. An inactive task type cannot be applied to a task, but it remains on any existing tasks it was previously applied to, great for historical reporting.

AD-22953 WIP Report > Add “Markets” field to WIP Report search and results

We have added the “Markets” field to the search criteria and results list of the WIP Report.

NOTE: The Markets field can be renamed so your organisation may refer to it by some

other name.

Bug Fixes

AD-22937 Approvals > Feedback Report > Submitter is unable to see private comments

When submitting feedback, the approver can specify if comments should be;

• Public (default, seen by anyone with access to this approval request), or

• Private (only seen by the approver and submitter, plus anyone in the approver’s

group if they are responding on behalf of that group)

However, any comments that had been marked as private were not appearing on the Feedback Report when the submitter extracted it.

This has now been fixed.

AD-22903 Reinstate the Project Status tooltip under Recent Projects on the dashboard

Reinstated the ability to rollover the status widget for a project in the Recent Projects module on the dashboard.

When rolling over the status widget on the Dashboard, users are shown the status of any submissions
