This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks

included in this admation release.

Release Overview

The focus of the release was to add a Spreadsheet View to projects for easier data

modification, and other small changes.

Improvements

AD-22538 Project Details > Spreadsheet view

Admation has always been a fantastic place to keep all of the details for your marketing projects in one place. You can add many deliverables across many sub projects, and manage all of their dates, phasing and other details independently or as a batch.

However, what has been missing is a consolidated method of seeing your deliverables in a list, and being able to quickly edit various details, or even copy and paste details between them.

Now, within a project, you can quickly enter a new layout that we call Spreadsheet View. Spreadsheet View allows you to see all of the deliverables in this project in one long list, and to edit various details on them including their;

• Name

• Deliverable Type

• Overview

• Specifications

• Phase

• Supply Deadline

• Live Dates

While you can enter data in each row manually, you can also quickly copy the data entered in one row and paste it into other rows. And, on top of this, the Deliverable Name field has a new “Find & Replace” option allowing you to duplicate a recurring project and

quickly adjust the names of the deliverables as needed. To better show you how Spreadsheet View works, we have prepared this short video.

AD-22213 Add a “New Revision” Status Icon

When viewing the Project Details screen, each deliverable in the project has a status icon displayed next to it. Previously, if a deliverable had been rejected and a new revision

uploaded but not submitted for approval, the status icon would still show the Changes Requested status. Now the status icon will show a blue star to indicate that a new revision has been uploaded but has not yet been submitted for approval.

AD-22385 Brand Manager > Add CMYK and Pantone options in the Colour widgets 

Added fields so that users can enter a CMYK and Pantone colour code to the colour widgets in the Brand Manager system.

AD-22385 Brand Manager > Refactor the Rich Text Field

Some fields throughout admation allow users to add many rows of formatted text, including within the Brand Manager system. Starting with the Brand Manager system, we will be progressively updating those fields to use a new formatting palette with additional

features.

Updated features include;

• Undo/Redo

• Background colour for text

• Indenting and outdenting of text

• Bullet and numbered lists

• Block quotes

• Adjustable font sizes

• Superscript and Subscript text

• The addition of links

AD-22191 Feedback Report not Using Users Time Zone

Fixed an issue where any date and time information shown in the Feedback Report was not applying the current user’s time zone.
