This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.
Release Overview
The focus of the release was to rectify some small bugs plus to allow the Act On Behalf functionality to be removed for an organisation.
Improvements
AD-21257 Allow Organisations to Give Access to the Act On Behalf Functionality
Admation allows users to submit work to specific groups and people for approval but sometimes a person may have looked at the work but not responded, or you have a conversation with them and get verbal feedback. In these situations, submitters are able to “Act on Behalf” of their approvers to help move the approval process along.
However, some regulated industries do not like this and, as such, we have allowed this functionality to be removed from the platform on an organisation by organisation basis.

Bug Fixes
AD-22133 Approval Submission > User’s time zone sets off a deadline warning message
Fixed an issue where users with specific time zones set on their account would see an error message when trying to set a deadline for a multi level approval.
AD-21937 Approvals > Selecting Approvers > Missing scroll bars
Under specific conditions, some users would not be able to see the scroll bars to navigate around a page when they were adding users to an approval request. This issue is now resolved.
AD-22109 Project Details > Actions menu for deliverables needed adjusting
Fixed an issue where the actions menu for the deliverables within a project would render in the wrong place on the page.
AD-22114 WIP Report > Omitting jobs from the report causes a bug screen
Fixed a bug that was occurring when users attempted to omit a job from their report.
AD-21903 New SSO Users not able to access the system
Resolved an issue that was preventing newly created users from access admation via SSO.
