Admation 3.115 Release Notes

This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.

Release Overview
The focus of this release was to make a few small changes which were causing large issues for some of our Resource Management and Third Party clients.

Resource Management

AD-21164 Task List View > Add ability to show/hide completed tasks

The search filters in the Task List view of the main Resources module now includes a Task Status search criteria. Using this, managers are able to filter out tasks in various statuses, including Completed tasks.

Managers can now filter the Task List and omit tasks in various statuses

AD-21106 Task List View > Add option to Send Notification when assigning tasks

When assigning tasks from the Task List view, the Send Notification option was not available. Now it is.

Managers can now bulk delete tasks from within the Project Resources screen

Bug Fixes

AD-21063 Submission Manager > Approval Message is removed after the ANY/ALL toggle is switched
Fixed a bug where, if a user had filled in a message and then switched the ANY/ALL approver toggle, the message would be removed.

AD-21115 Approval Notifications > Remove the letters “ID” from the subject

Approval email notifications had the letters “ID” preceding a job ID in the email subject. There were occasions where this did not make sense and so we have remove the letters “ID” from the subject.

For example, a subject which may have read as the following:

"Some Job" needs your approval in Admation (ID 1234)

Would now read as:

"Some Job" needs your approval in Admation (1234)
