This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.
Release Overview
The focus of this release was to improve the WIP Report interface and functionality, as well as to introduce Project-less Tasks in the Resource Management system.
Resource Management
AD-21008 Project Resources > Add batch delete functionality to tasks
For a long time, managers have been able to bulk delete tasks from the main Resources module, but not from within a specific project. This functionality has now been added.

AD-21044 Allow tasks to be added without a project attached to them
Sometimes a task isn’t really part of a project, but is still required to have time logged against it or accounted for within the business. To assist with this, we have removed the requirement for a task to be linked to a specific project.
If project-less tasks are assigned to a user, they will see them grouped together in their Task List view.

Improvements
AD-21007 Update the UI for the WIP Report
A little known feature of admation has always been the WIP Report. Initially envisaged as a way for agencies to see work that currently sits with them, it has evolved into a tool which agencies can use during a sit down with clients to see where issues are occurring.
In this update, we have refreshed the look of the WIP Report to make it a little easier to view and lighter to look at. We have also introduced a WIP Status field into jobs.
Whereas previously we only had Phases to explain where in the process a job was sitting, the WIP Status can be set to; On Track, Watch, Running Late or Off The Rails. Each status is represented by a specific colour (dark green, light green, orange and red respectively) to make it easy to pick out any issues at a glance.
WIP Notes can also be added to jobs so that everyone is on the same page as to where this job is up to and any issues that have come up. WIP Notes are recorded in the job details screen for future reference, but can be quickly added via the WIP Report interface itself, perfect for quickly adding a note during a client meeting. The WIP Report can also be exported as an Excel document for easy sharing with stakeholders as well.

AD-20947 Admin > Allow an organisation to set default working hours for new users
Different organisations have different working hours for their staff and something that slowed down user creation was needing to specify those work hours or each user’s account. We have now added a way for your Customer Success Manager to assign a default set of working hours to your organisation. With this set, any new user account that is added will have these hours set for them and all the is required is to make any custom adjustments to suit this particular user (eg they may not work all five days, or start and finish early/late on a particular day, or have an extended lunch break etc).

AD-21033 Admin > Add ability to make In Market dates mandatory when finalising work
Added the ability for an organisation to specify that a deliverables In Market dates must be filled in before it can be finalised. In doing this, the quality of data around which deliverables were in market on a specific date should be better and allow organisations to track this better. If you are interested in this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
AD-21032 Ad Storage and Asset Library > Allow users to filter results by assets added/finalised in a specific time frame
We have added search field in the Ad Storage and Asset Library lists to allow users to search for assets added/finalised in a specific time period. Is means that, when reporting to managers or working with other brands, users are easily able to find work from a time period and export it via the cart.
Bug Fixes
AD-21016 Admin > Public Holidays > Date picker UI broken
Fixed a bug where administrators were unable to set the date of public holidays via the date picker UI.
AD-21062 Project Details > Searching for a document would give a bug screen in specific cases
Searching for documents within a project would sometimes yield a bug screen. This has been fixed.
AD-21061 Approval Counter does not update as soon as an approval is delegated
We recently introduced the ability to delegate an approval request to another user if the work was more appropriate to them than you. However, when you delegated an approval, your own count of outstanding approvals did not decrement right away. This has been fixed.AD-21118 Approval Submission > Approval Templates > Unable to navigate through pages of template
Some organisations have created many Approval Templates to help their users to submit approval requests to the correct people without needing to expressly know who those users are. In cases where there were more than 15 Approval Templates in an organisation, it was not possible to page through that list to see the next 15 results. We have now added a pagination UI so you are able to page through the list.
When submitting artwork for approval and using an Approval Template, you can navigate the list of available templates.
