In today's digital-focused world, clear data visualization plays a crucial role in making decisions. Recognizing this, we're thrilled to introduce the latest feature in Admation: Dashboard Charts. This tool is specifically crafted to simplify your marketing project data, presenting it as easy-to-understand charts.

Here are some of the key highlights:

  • Briefs Update: Stay updated on new briefs and how they change.
  • Finalised Deliverables: Keep track of main events and finished tasks for set times.

Approval Dynamics:

  • Approval Status: Check which deliverables are waiting for approval and which are approved.
  • Revisions and Versions: See the average number of changes or versions for each project.
  • Change Requests Timeline: Watch the pattern and number of change requests.
  • Ongoing Approvals: Know about deliverables that are currently being approved.

Resource Metrics:

  • User Activity: Look at how often users log in to understand team activity.
  • Time Analytics: Dive into the time spent on different tasks and bigger projects.

Comparative Insights:

AD-20625 Submission Manager > Add an organisation setting to make the deadline mandatory

Some organisations -- or even industries -- require approvals from specific people/groups within timeframes that allow work to be deployed quickly, while maintaining a high level of compliance. As far as sending approval requests to the correct people, admation already has you covered, and submitters were able to optionally set a deadline for approval.

Approval Templates already had the ability to set a default deadline, but we have now added a configuration option for an organisation to specify that all approval requests need to have an approval deadline set.

If you feel that mandating the setting the of deadlines on approval requests would benefit your business, please talk to your Client Success Manager and they will be able to assist you with this.

Bug Fixes

AD-20745 Approval Submission > Outbound Checklists are not displayed under certain conditions

User Groups can be configured in such a way that an Approval Submitter is required to fill in a Checklist before they can submit work to this group.

If an approval submitter had selected the “Use these approvers next time” option, when they later came to submit another approval request then the approver list -- including the User Groups -- would be automatically specified, but the Checklist would not be presented. This issue has now been fixed.

AD-20770 Password verification emails were sent to SSO users upon account creation

Fixed a bug where users who were set up as part of an SSO installation were still sent Account Verification emails when their accounts were created.
