The admation Process

The admation Process

When everyone knows what they're doing, work becomes that much easier. admation's workflow is team based, and customised for your organisation. Whilst there may be slight nuances in the way your business operates, it helps to have a general, high-level overview around what the admation process looks like.

  1. Each and every job in admation starts off with a project.
Your business may create projects through the system, or by filling out a custom digitised brief. Add your team members to the project to notify them of the new project in admation. You may add deliverables (your marketing jobs) to your project now or later.

  2. Someone in your organisation may structure the project.
After you've created the shell of your project, you may like to structure it with sub-folders and additional reference materials in the documents section. You may like to send these documents for approval or as a message before opening the job up to the rest of the team.
  3. Then you would add your marketing promo materials to the project.
If you haven't done so already, you should add your marketing jobs to the project as deliverablesDeliverables refer to the promotional marketing items that you would like approved in the platform. You can add empty deliverables if you don't have your artwork ready and would like to set the deliverable structure up for someone else (like a designer) to add artwork to later. Or you can upload your files now.
  4. Then you would submit your artwork for approval.
Artwork is submitted to the team members that need to approve the work. They may approve, reject or forward the artwork off to other people.
  5. Finalising work.
Once the artwork is fully approved in the system, you may like to finalise your work to bring it out of your active projects and into your Ad Storage – which contains a branded archive of all your previous work in the system.
  6. Sending work off.
From the Ad Storage, you may also like to send your final artwork out to third parties (ie printers) using the cart function.

If you're an agency, you have the ability to swap between jobs for your different clients loaded into the system. Following these same steps, you'll be a pro at admation in no time!
