3.73 Release Notes

The focus of this release was to improve usability throughout the system and to add task dependencies in the Resources system.

Improvements

  • AD-1599 Dashboard > Recent Projects > Add Status Widget
When viewing the Recent Projects section, users can see a colour-coded status bar indicating the approval statuses of any items within that project.

  • AD-1605 Dashboard > Remove the "Quick Approval" button
On the Dashboard, we have removed the "Quick Approval" button. The "New Project" button remains and mimics the functionality once achieved by the Quick Approval button.

  • AD-1606 Dashboard > Add space for an organisation's logo
Add a touch of personalisation to admation for your business! Add your logo to the dashboard if desired. When there is no logo supplied, an admation logo appears instead.

If you would like your logo displayed here, please supply a 90 x 600 (max) jpg or png file to your admation liaison.

  • AD-1526 Improve Usability of the Submission Manager
The Submission Manager has now been streamlined to make it quicker and easier to process your work when submitting or forwarding items for approval. The previous interface now shows as an 'Advanced' option. Please take a moment to watch this video and see some of the functionality in action.

  • AD-1491 Global Approvals List > Manual Approvals > Batch unlock/lock
If your organisation uses Manual Approvals, you are able to lock and unlock approval levels to prevent users giving further feedback. This is the case even if earlier levels had not given their feedback. You can now apply this decision to a batch of approval requests via the Approvals List, rather than locking levels one at a time.

  • AD-1600 New Project > Do not send an email to the person who creates the project
If you Create a Project, you will no longer receive an email notification to tell you about it. Any other team members will be notified.

Resource Management

Note: These items are only available to organisations who have access to the Resources module. If you would like more information on this, please contact your admation liaison.

  • AD-1621 Task Dependencies
You can now add dependencies to your tasks! Users are now shown if a task is dependent on another task being completed before this one can be started. Start dates for dependent tasks can also be defaulted to move with the parent tasks as priorities are moved around. Please take a moment to watch this video and see some of the functionality in action:
