Admation 3.77 Release Notes


The focus of this release was to improve the Compare Revisions screen as well as to improve usability and consistency in other areas of the system.

 

 

Improvements

AD-1502 Compare Revisions screen update

We have updated the compare revisions screen to provide a more user friendly experience while giving feedback. The main changes are:

  • Comparing revisions now takes place in the main approval screen rather than requiring the user to go to a new screen

  • You can now add markup to the current revision of work while comparing it to earlier revisions

  • The interface for displaying any feedback given/received on earlier revisions is now more consistent with the interface for the current version

  • Common information and buttons have been grouped at the top of the screen to free up space below

  • AD-1700 In Progress List > Allow searching by project team members
    When searching the In Progress list, you are now able to search and filter projects by specific team members

  • AD-1699 In Progress List > Lane View > Week labels should not scroll off screen
    When looking at the In Progress List in the Lane view, the 'Week' labels will stay at the top of the screen while scrolling.

AD-1660 Project > Approvals Tab > Ability to batch download feedback reports
You can now bulk download feedback reports for multiple approvals in a project.

  •  AD-1685 Global Approvals List > Ability to batch download artwork files
    You can now download the multiple artwork files as a batch from the Global Approvals List.

    Resource Management

    These items are only available to organisations who have access to the Resources module. If you would like more information on this, please contact your admation liaison.

  • AD-1712 Bring consistency to the UI when viewing the main timeline and the project timeline
    The timeline view within a project is designed to more consistently reflect the main resources timeline.

  • AD-1678 Dept Manager view > Gantt Layout > Grey out non working days
    When viewing the timeline in the Gantt layout, you are able to see when a person has an away day scheduled.

Bug Fixes

  • AD-1724 Global Message List > Can't see messages that have been moved to another folder
    Fixed an issue where messages would disappear if they were moved to another folder.
