Admation release 3.85 includes new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks.
Improvements

AD-1958 When creating a new project, automatically set a default Phase
Administrators are now able to set a Phase that will automatically be applied to a project when it is created.

AD-1977 Admin > Relabel the Markets field
Organisations can now relabel the Markets field to make it more relevant to their business needs. Ask us if you'd like assistance with using a custom label for this field.

AD-1693 Online Brief > Add ability to duplicate a completed brief to another project
In the last release, we added functionality allowing users to duplicate an online brief to another deliverable within the same project. Now you can also duplicate an online brief to another project entirely.
Resource Management

AD-1899 Project Resource List and My Tasks Lists > Display and search by deliverable name
When viewing the list of tasks within a project or in the My Tasks list, users can see when a task is linked to a specific deliverable. Users can also search for tasks by their deliverable name. See Appendix for more details!
Bug Fixes -
AD-1945 Feedback Report > Show files that were uploaded as part of user feedback
If a user uploads files as part of their feedback, this is now shown on the feedback report. Each file will be displayed on the report as a link that the feedback recipient can click if they would like to download the files.

AD-1914 Global Approvals List > Some approvals still listed as pending even though a response has been given
Fixed a bug where approval requests were, in certain specific situations, still showing under your Pending approvals even though they had been responded to.

AD-1954 New User > First project you create gives a bug screen
Fixed a bug where users who had no recent projects or recent activity listed on the dashboard would receive a bug screen if they tried to create a project.

AD-1896 Online Briefs completed within a project > You have to save twice before it will actually save your brief
Fixed a bug where users who had filled in a brief within an existing project were required to save the brief twice before it was actually saved to the job.

AD-1962 Project Details > Documents > Move Document > Approval request stays with the original job
If a user has added a document to a project, submitted it for approval and then moved the document to another deliverable within that project, the approval request would stay on the project level and not move with the document, resulting in a V0.

AD-1951 Project Details > Upload Revisions > Deliverables and Sub Projects appear in a seemingly random order
When using the Upload Revisions method of adding new revisions to multiple deliverables, the list of deliverables presented to the users was in a seemingly random order. These jobs will now appear in the same order as they appear on the Project Details screen.
