This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.
Release Overview
The focus of this release was to make incremental change throughout the system.
Improvements
AD-2221 Full Screen Approval View > Act on Behalf > Show who actually made the comment
Previously, if someone had acted on behalf of an approver to add markups etc, the name of the approver was shown against that markup and it was hard to see this was done on their behalf by someone else. Now we will show the name of the approver as well as the person who acted on their behalf in the following format;
[Responder name] acted on behalf of [approver name]
AD-2171 Full Screen Approval View > Add “Reply” function to General Comments
Previously a user would be able to reply to someone’s markups but not to their general comments. We have now fixed this.
AD-2179 Project > Audit Trail > Track Document Approvals
Document approvals are now visible in the Audit Trail of a Project/Deliverable.
AD-2241 When adding a New Message, ensure a consistent UI throughout the system
In a previous release, we updated the New Message interface within a project/deliverable so that it was more streamlined and intuitive by requiring fewer clicks to use and allow you to type recipients names rather than searching for them etc. We have now extended this to be available in other places throughout the system where messages can be written.
AD-2219 Online Forms > Rich Text Fields > Add option to remove all font formatting
In briefs/online forms that allow users to style their text (eg bold, italic, colours etc), there was an issue where pasting text copied from another website would often retain any font formatting that had been applied to the text. We have now added a new button in the text formatter UI that will remove any font formatting from the selected text.
AD-2222 Online Forms > Allow custom key dates from a project to be mapped to a brief/online form
Within a project/deliverable we have some default system dates (Start/Finish Date, Supply Deadline etc) as well as Custom Key Dates that an organisation can have set up for them.
Previously, when creating a brief/online form within an existing project/deliverable, we were able to copy the default system dates into the form, but not the Custom Key Dates. Now we are also able to copy the Custom Key Dates.

AD-2252 Reporting > Allow reports to be generated quarterly, half yearly and yearly
Most of our reports have always been able to be automatically generated and sent daily, weekly or monthly. Now we are able to send them on specific months only, eg every three months for a quarterly report, every 6 months for a biannual report or in one specific month only for a yearly report.
This is also customisable and flexible so if you wanted a specific report every other month or every month except May, we can accommodate that too. If you would like to know more about reporting, please contact your Client Success Manager.
Resource Management
Resource Management is a separate module of admation. If you would like to find out more about it, please contact your admation liaison and they will be able to assist.
AD-2255 Create a New Task > Expand all sections of the task by default
We had feedback that users were missing some sections of the task details because they were hidden away by default. We have now expanded all sections of the tasks by default. If you choose to hide a section, the system will remember that decision and apply it in future as well.
AD-2216 Editing a Task > Add validation so that the Deadline cannot be before the Start Date of the task
Added some validation that prevents a user from setting the Deadline of a task to occur before the Start Date of that task.
AD-2230 My Tasks > Add more details for each task
As a user who has had tasks assigned to them, viewing the Tasks list (often referred to as My Tasks) now show more information about your tasks, including how many hours a task was estimated to take and the time that has been logged against the task.
Bug Fixes
AD-2218 Dashboard > Quick Submission > Still uses old Deliverable Manager UI
Updated the Quick Submission option on the Dashboard so that it uses the new Deliverable Manager UI.
AD-2210 New Deliverable Manager UI > Adding deliverables deletes some other data
Fixed a bug in the new Deliverable Manager UI that, under specific circumstances, would remove some data when you added new deliverables.
AD-2176 & AD-2177 New Deliverable Manager UI > Page jumps back to the top when adding a deliverable
When adding a new deliverable while making a new project (AD-2177) or while filling in a brief (AD-2176), the screen would jump back to the top and you would need to scroll back down to where you were. Now we take you back to the same spot on the page automatically.
AD-2256 New Deliverable Manager UI > Re-include the Time Picker for the Supply Deadline
When we added the new Deliverable Manager in the previous release, we left out the ability to set a time for the Supply Deadline of a deliverable. We have now added this back in.
