This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.
Release Overview
The focus of this release was to add the ability to render documents upload in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint format as well as other usability improvements throughout the system.
Improvements
AD-1739 Render MS Word and MS PowerPoint documents as PDFs
Previously, if someone sent you a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint document for approval, you would be required to download the file before you could see any of its contents at all.
Now we have introduced functionality that will take the file and convert it so that it will render within the system and mark up can be applied to it. Users are still able to download the file and open in Word/PowerPoint if desired.
Please be aware that the conversion process does take some time so, if the file hasn’t rendered yet, just try again after a few minutes.
AD-2390 Project List > Remember which list view style I last used and default to that
Now if you change the view style of the Projects list, the system will remember your selection and use that as a default when you next visit the page.
AD-2297 Messages > Disable the Reply/Reply All buttons on System Messages
If you receive a System Message, the Reply/Reply All buttons will now be disabled for that message.
AD-2394 Update the User Settings system
The User Settings system has been reorganised to lay out the various details in a more logical manner. We have made it easier to upload a photo to your account and have also given some control over the number of emails you will receive. We will further enhance this over the coming releases.
AD-2316 Approval Request > Send a Manual Reminder > Add default text to the message
Now if you send a Manual Reminder to ask a user to respond to an approval request, some default text will be entered into the Subject and Body fields for you to modify or delete. The text will say;
Subject: Don’t forget to provide your feedback for the deliverable I admation (PROJECT ID)
Body: Hi [user],
This is a reminder to let you know that [submitter] is waiting on your approval
for version [version #] of [deliverable name] in [project]. Your approval is/was due on [approval deadline (timezone)]. Please let [submitter] know if you need any assistance with this approval.
AD-2360 Reporting > Update the Daily/Weekly Revision Report
The daily/weekly revision report has had a bit of a facelift to put things in a more logical order and call out the important bits of information.

Resource Management
Resource Management is a separate module of admation. If you would like to find out more about it, please contact your admation liaison and they will be able to assist.
AD-2376 Reporting > Update the Resources Reports > Include meetings for specific projects
In the last release we added functionality to allow users to link a meeting to a particular project for time logging purposes. Now the resources reports also reflect this change.

Bug Fixes
AD-2356 Projects List > Fix issue where large projects reduce the found list of jobs
Fixed an issue where having large projects (200+ deliverables) could affect the results you would receive when searching the Projects list.
AD-2002 Deliverable Details screen > User is not prompted to submit new revisions of work for approval under certain conditions
Fixed an issue where a user would not be prompted to submit a deliverable for approval when they uploaded a new revision.
