3.97 Release Notes (April 2021)

This page outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.

Release Overview

The focus of this release was the addition of a Proxy User feature allowing users to specify a proxy to work on their approvals while they are away.

Improvements

AD-2641 Addition of a Proxy User workflow

Often a user will be on leave or away from work and they will want to specify another person to action their work in admation in their absence.

We have now added a new Proxy User feature which allows a person of your choice to complete your approvals and other items on your behalf. Or perhaps you have called in sick; now a manager can apply a proxy for you until you return. Now there should be even fewer reasons for a deadline to be missed.

We have attempted to make the process of assigning a proxy as simple and as intuitive as possible, with proxy user notifications and clear instructions to access work throughout the journey.

A short video has been made to help demonstrate this.

AD-2510 Project Details > Deliverable List > Collapse the sub projects by default

Previously, if you had a large job with lots of deliverables in sub projects, all of these items would be displayed in the deliverables list within the project and you would need to scroll to find the items you were looking for. Now, instead of leaving all the of the sub projects expanded, we have collapsed them by default so it is easier to find the parts of the project you are looking for.

AD-2365 Reviewer Checklists > Allow completed checklists to be exported from a job

If you have set up your workflow to mandate that approvers fill in checklists prior to approving an item, these completed checklists can now be exported from the job.

If you think your organisation could benefit from having reviewer checklists added then please contact your account manager and they will be able to assist you with that.

AD-1608 SSO > Inactive Accounts > Improving messaging when a disabled SSO account tries to login
If your organisation uses SSO (Single Sign On) to login to the system automatically, we have now improved the messaging when a login error occurs due to the account being disabled.

If you think your organisation could benefit from using SSO to sign in then please contact your account manager and they will be able to assist you with that.

Bug Fixes

AD-1783 Feedback Reports > Support Traditional Chinese characters

Fixed a bug where Traditional Chinese characters were not supported on the Feedback Report.

AD-2665 Batch Edit Supply Deadline > Deadlines are not saving if a time is not specified
Fixed a bug where batch editing the Supply Deadline on a set of deliverables would not save unless you also specified a time. The Supply Deadline will now save regardless of whether you set a time.
