Release Overview

The focus of this release was to tidy up a few small issues throughout the system.

Improvements

AD-2644 Dashboard > Allow for jobs to be removed from the Recent Projects list

Added the ability to prune your Recent Projects list on the Dashboard. This allows users to tidy away any completed jobs or projects they are no longer interested in.

AD-2667 Forward for Approval > Support Conditional Approvals

For a long time now, we have supported the ability for approvers to Conditionally Approve items that were submitted directly to them. However, if you received an approval request and forwarded it to another user, they were unable to conditionally approve.

Now, the Conditional Approval will be available regardless of how you receive the approval request.

AD-2759 Notifications > Ability to manage whether you receive emails for partially completed approvals
If you submit an approval request which requires several people to respond, at a certain point you may receive an email which informs you that you have received some feedback but “You are still waiting on others to review the work”.

What this email is saying is that one of your approvers has requested changes, but there are other people still needing to give feedback. It is intended as a signal that this approval request is not finished, but will require some changes once everyone has responded. However, some users only want to be alerted once the entire list of recipients have responded.

We have added an Email Preference to optionally prevent you from receiving these emails. Simply go to the Settings system, select the Email Preferences tab and set the “Changes Requested / Conditional Approval” to be on (to receive the emails) or off (to stop them).

AD-2778 Add a “Manage Preferences” Link to Automated Notifications

Over the past few releases, we have added the ability for users to manage the emails they receive via the Settings > Email Preferences screen (see appendix 2). Now, when receiving an email which can be managed, a link will appear at the bottom of the email taking you directly to the Email Preferences screen.
