Saving Cart Items as a Collection

The asset cart is predominantly like a temporary storage facility for your items until you copy them out of the system. Assets in your cart may be downloaded onto your device, saved as a collection or shared.

Saving items to a collection allows you to group similar production files, advertisements and logos together. You can then recall these collections and share them to other people. 

Start by adding items to your cart from your project's production files, advertisements from your Ad Storage or logos and images your asset library. Then navigate to your Cart. 

Review the items you have in your cart. Click the red  to remove any items from the list. Once you're happy with the items in your cart, click Save as Collection.

Then give your collection a name. Click Save once you're happy. Then your new collection will show on the menu along the left hand side of the screen. 

You may click on a given collection to bring those items back into your cart at a later date where you can download, save, share or transcode files out of the system.

You can also click Main Cart to head back to the cart, instead of looking at a specific collection.

Renaming, Duplicating & Deleting Existing Collections

You may also click the Settings Icon to rename, duplicate or delete your collection. Deleting your collection will not delete the files contained within the collection, only the folder you've saved from your cart.
