The Approval Status Bar
Admation gives you a range of different ways to ascertain how approvals are going, using a quick status summary bars. When an item is submitted for approval, there are a number of icons in the system to ascertain how a project is going. There are a few places where these approval statuses can be found, namely:
- The Dashboard
- The Projects list
- The Approvals section of a given project
Understanding the Status Bar
Items that were previously submitted for approval will show a coloured bar chart under the status column. Here’s what each of these colours mean:
- Red – items sent for feedback that have had Changes Requested
- Orange – items that have been sent for feedback. No feedback has been provided yet. These items are therefore Pending.
- Green – items sent for feedback that have been Approved.
If feedback is mixed, you might find that this bar contains more than one of these colours.
Any deliverable that hasn’t been submitted for approval will show an Open status.

Finding the Status Bar
A status bar on the dashboard will show the approval status for any of the Recent Projects that you've accessed. Any projects that are finalised, or have been closed off and moved into the Ad Storage will be displayed with a green icon.
A status bar on the Projects list will show under the status of items in admation for all projects that you are a team member for.
Approval statuses are also shown on your specific Project page. A coloured status bar for projects shows under the Approvals section of a project. They also show in the project structure menu as icons .
