Campaigns, Projects and Deliverables

What is an admation project?

This guide allows you to distinguish between campaigns, projects and deliverables in admation.

A Project is a way to group one or more deliverables together. Projects are like a big folder, which organise and house the different marketing outputs you’ll be adding and approving within admation.

All of your active projects sit under the Projects menu bar found at the top of your screen.

What is an admation sub-project?

You can also add Sub-Projects for extra organisation.

What is an admation campaign?

A Campaign is a way to group one or more projects together. A good example of a campaign might be the name of a specific advertising campaign you might be running, like an AfterPay, Black Friday, Christmas or seasonal campaign. When a campaign is applied at the project level, it filters down to categorise all sub-projects and deliverables that sit within the project.

You can also check out this guide for other customisation options for your campaigns.

What is an admation deliverable?

A Deliverable will often consist of final art that is sent to somebody else in admation for approval. Deliverables sit under a project and can include things like draft EDM campaigns, TV Commercial, brochures, posters, websites, re-marketing advertisements or website landing pages.

Once approved, the work will sit in the admation ad storage.
