Creating Custom Labels in Admation

There are currently 2 fields in admation where labels can be customised to your business's requirements. These are 'Markets' and 'Campaign Type'. 


Once customised, you can add data to either the renamed markets field, or renamed campaign type field, by using the System Administration menu.

Is there a Difference Between Updating Markets or Campaigns?

An advertisement is usually related to one campaign. Therefore, the campaign field is designed in a way where you can only choose one option at a time. This is usually displayed as a dropdown in the system.



 In the past, organisations have opted to change this field to 'Business Unit' or 'Category'.


An advertisement can usually run across one or many markets. Therefore, the markets field is designed in a way where you can choose to add multiple options to a project at a time. 

In the past, organisations have opted to change this field to 'Marketing Channels'.
