Exporting Users out of admation

A user with admin permissions can edit existing users in admation. The easiest way to see if you have admin permissions is to check that you have System Administration from the menu drop down by clicking on your initial or image.

To start, click on System Administration button and head to Users.

A list of all the employees with admation accounts in your organisation will be displayed from this screen.

Using Filters to Search for Specific Users

By default, you are able to export all users from admation. However, if you would like to categorise your search further, you can use the filters on the left hand side of the screen to locate the users you'd like to export. Click Search to filter your users down further.

Exporting Users

To export all eligible users from admation, click the Export button on the right hand side of your screen.

Admation will download an XLSX file onto your computer, containing all eligible users and their details. Included on the XLSX is:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Organisation
  • Department
  • System Role
  • Status (Enabled/Disabled)
  • Project Role
  • Email Verified (Yes/No)
  • Last Login Date

If you used the search filters in the previous steps, only the users matching the search will be downloaded. You can also click Reset Search to remove any filters before downloading the file again.

You may also like to sort and filter the data further as needed using Microsoft Excel or Numbers.
