Viewing Messages Even if You Weren't Part of the Original Thread

This particular piece of functionality is great for auditing purposes.

Whilst you can view your sent and received messages from your messaging inbox, admation provides you with the additional transparency to view all sent and received messages for specific projects, even if you weren't a part of the original message thread.

This feature is also great for keeping tabs on the specifics of a project, perhaps if someone goes away on leave or is sick on a given day. 

If you have access to a specific project, you can find this functionality by viewing the messages section of that specific project. 

Head to your Projects list and click into the project of interest. Scroll down to the messages section and click the blue arrow .

From the resulting page, update your tabs so that they are set to either Inbox or Sent depending on what you're hoping to view. Note that you can also Group Messages to view the full message threads in one view!

Then click the All Messages button to show all project messages, even where you weren't part of the original thread. Then click on a message to view its contents.
