Tracking Document Information Using the Audit Trail


Admation's audit trail system for artwork approvals is powerful, allowing for full transparency and accountability across decisions made in your approval workflow. 


To find out when deliverables have been deleted from a project, head to your Project page and scroll down to the very bottom of the page. You should find your audit trail with the 5 most recent actions in your project. 


Where prompted, you can click the blue (more info) links for more information. You can also click the blue arrow icon Screen_Shot_2019-09-30_at_2.12.54_pm.png to view additional audited items for a given project. As of admation 3.90, you can now find out a range of document information using the audit trail including:

  • Document creation information

  • Document revision upload information

  • Document submitted for approval information

  • Document approval / rejection information
  • Document deletion information




Recalled Requests and Reverted Revisions


As of admation 3.94, you can now recall approval requests if you've made a mistake during a submission. If a request is recalled, we'll label it as such in your audit trail.
