Finding out when Work Was Submitted for Approval Using the Audit Trail

Admation's audit trail system for artwork approvals is powerful, allowing for full transparency and accountability across decisions made in your approval workflow.

To find out when work was submitted for approval using the audit trail, head to your Project page and scroll down to the very bottom of the page. You should find your audit trail with the 5 most recent actions in your project.

Click the blue arrow icon Screen_Shot_2019-09-30_at_2.12.54_pm.png to view all audited actions for your project.

For any eligible deliverables with artwork added, you'll need to click another blue arrow Screen_Shot_2019-11-04_at_2.04.47_pm.png typically found along the right column of your screen.

From this screen, you'll be able to view more information about that specific deliverable or deliverable revision.

To find out when work was submitted for approval, look at the top right hand corner of your screen.

You can also click the plus icon Screen_Shot_2019-10-02_at_4.29.51_pm.png next to submission details to find out more about that particular submission.

Where there are custom comments, annotations, region masks, files or messages, you can click the blue hyperlink to view more information about that specific field.
