Uploading Assets Requiring Approval to the Digital Libraries

Uploading Items to Your Digital Asset Libraries

Admation has two digital asset libraries, the Ad Storage and the Asset Library.

The Ad Storage displays all finalised and approved deliverables in one handy gallery view, whilst the Asset Library stores all stock imagery, owned imagery and logos. The instructions for both areas of the platform are the same, so you will be able to follow along for either view.

Uploading Assets to the Digital Asset Libraries

For both digital asset management platforms, you can load New Final Asset or New Library Asset files directly into the system. However, sometimes these assets require approval, before they can be made available to the rest of the company. To upload an item directly into an admation digital asset library, click the New Final Asset button in the top right hand corner of the gallery.

If the item(s) you want to upload require approval before they are made available, click Require Approval. This will prompt you to set up a project as if it were to go through the regular approval process.

Uploading Assets that Require Approval

From this screen, create your project and upload the item(s) as you would when setting up a regular project.

When your items have been approved, and when you are ready to finalise that asset, the item(s) will appear in either your Ad Storage or Asset Library, depending on where you initiated the original request.

If your items have already been externally approved, you can use the direct upload option instead.
