Searching the Digital Asset Libraries

Admation has two digital asset libraries, the Ad Storage and the Asset Library. 

The Ad Storage displays all finalised and approved deliverables in one handy gallery view, whilst the Asset Library stores all stock imagery, owned imagery and logos. The instructions for both areas of the platform are the same, so you will be able to follow along for either view.

Searching through the Digital Asset Libraries

If you're ready to search through either of your digital asset libraries, click the Ad Storage or Asset Library from your top menu bar.

To search through your digital asset libraries, click the Filter tab. You'll see a search panel that will help you find your assets. You may search for assets with the asset ID, keywords, campaign and asset type. Where you need to refine your search further, you can use this help guide to further narrow down your search terms.

As of admation 3.90, we've optimised the filter views, so that tags and asset types show as collapsed by default, saving you the lengthy scrolls where they're unneeded!

The Sort By dropdown lets you sort assets in a given order. You can display between 9 and 72 assets on one screen at a time. You can also choose whether to display them visually as a thumbnail or under a list that's based on file name.

If there are many pages of assets, you can easily navigate through the pages using the arrow icons at the top right corner of the page.
