Deleting Tasks from the By User View

You may find at times, that there are tasks in the system that you no longer need. We've recently added the functionality to delete tasks from the By User view, as well as keeping the functionality on other existing views. To start, click into your Resources menu bar; only specific users will have access to this menu item.

Then from the By User view, scroll down to the task that you'd like to delete and click on its Settings Icon . Then click Delete Task.

Deleting Tasks from the By Project View

You can also delete tasks from Resources, when viewing tasks under the By Project view. From the By Project view, scroll down to the task that you'd like to delete and click on its Settings Icon . Then click Delete Task. 

Deleting Tasks from Project Resources

You can also delete admation tasks under your project resources. First, find your project from your Recent Projects list, or Projects menu. Then from your project, click into the Project Resources button at the top right corner of the project.

From the resulting page, you'll be able to see all existing tasks for a project. Next to the task that you'd like to delete, click the Settings icon . Then click Delete Task.
