Sending a Feedback Report via Email

Once you submit a piece of artwork or document for approval, your nominated team members will review your work. Once you receive this feedback from your team, you may want to summarise it all in an editable PDF feedback report. Feedback reports can be really handy for designers who need to summarise the work to be done on the next revision. From the Feedback Mode screen, you can also send Feedback Reports to other people by email.

Accessing Feedback Mode

Once a stakeholder has provided feedback, you will be notified by an admation email. Click the Go To Approval link in the email.

You can also click into an item from your Recent Activity. Then click the Review Feedback button.

If you have it available, you can also click Collate Responses instead. This will take you directly to the correct screen, and you'll be able to skip to the next heading in this guide.

In the top right hand side of your screen, you’ll see a Settings Cog Screen_Shot_2019-09-30_at_2.10.56_pm.png icon. Then click into Feedback Mode.

Editing Feedback in Feedback Mode

Feedback mode is an area of admation where you have the ability to edit your feedback, before passing it onto other people. It is almost a kind of draft mode – that saves your changes – but doesn't overwrite the original feedback that was given. Check out this guide to find out how.

Once you're done editing, you may like to send your PDF off as an email. Click Save Changes at the top of your screen to ensure any edits you made have been saved. Then click the Send as PDF Attachment button.

Then specify who you’d like to send the Feedback Report to. Click Edit Recipients and make your changes. Then select whether each user will be the main recipient, a CC recipient or a BCC recipient within your email. Click Done once you're happy with your inputs.

You may like to add a message and subject in this section, which will accompany your PDF attachment. Once you're happy with the details of the email, click Send. The email will send your annotated PDF Report along with any messages and attachments added in this section.

Recipients will be able to download the Feedback Report by clicking the relevant link in their email.
