Uploading Revisions of Work
If you have received changes for your current version of the artwork you loaded into admation, you can make these changes externally. Once you’re ready to submit your updated version for review, log into the Dashboard.
Uploading a Revision from the Dashboard
When you receive Changes Requested from your team, you can find your item under the Recent Activity. Click into the item you wish to update – perhaps you may want to Review Feedback from this screen before you upload a new file.
Once you are ready to upload a new file, click New Revision and follow the prompts to upload your changes. Note that if your file is a document, you will need to click into Manage Document to upload the new version from the manage documents portal instead.
If your item is a file, click the New Revision From File Upload button. Then click Browse and locate the file on your computer. You can also Drag & Drop your updated file onto the nominated area.
Once the item has finished uploading, click Done. You can also upload staging websites for review by clicking New Revision from Website.
You can then choose to Submit Now or Submit Later for approval. Please refer to the Submit for Approval guide for extra assistance with submitting artwork.

Using the New Approval Submission Screen
Check out this guide for full instructions on using the new approval submission screen to upload revisions of work.
Using the Revision Counter in Your Project
When you upload another revision, your revision counter will update on your deliverable. When artwork is initially loaded into the system, the revision counter will show a V1 next to your deliverable.
Once you upload your first revision, the Project Details page will now show a V2 instead of V1 next to each deliverable. This V2 indicates that a second revision, or version of your artwork has been uploaded into the platform.
Managers within your company may opt to receive weekly reports detailing the number of revisions loaded against each deliverable in the system. To make the most out of using admation, you can use the revision counter as a guide, to keep your eye on how your project is progressing. We suggest that on average, an efficient project team keeps their revision counter under V3. See how you go!
