Forwarding Items as a Batch

Forwarding Approval Items Sent as a Batch

When work is sent to you as batch, it shows on your dashboard's recent activity as a line of thumbnails sitting side by side.

If your organisation has forwarding enabled in admation, work that's sent to you as a batch can also be forwarded as a batch. Click the items under your Recent Activity to review the work.

When items are sent as a batch, you'll have the option to

  • toggle between the different files
  • review the work as a batch
  • make batch comments

For further details on how to view and leave feedback on work in a batch, check out this guide.

To batch forward your work, click the batch toggle in the top right hand corner of your screen so that it turns blue.

Then you'll need to fill out the details outlining who you're forwarding the work to. Follow these steps to finish forwarding your items.

Forwarding a Batch of Items from Separate Projects or Submissions

If your items weren't sent as a batch, or if they were sent from different projects, you can still forward these items off together. Start by heading to your Approvals list. Then use the Checkboxes along the left hand side of the screen to select the deliverables that you would like to forward together. Any items that are part of a batch will be labelled with a batch icon Screen_Shot_2021-03-02_at_9.37.20_am.png.

From the Actions menu, select the Forward icon Screen_Shot_2020-01-03_at_10.23.59_am.pngDepending on your organisation's settings, you may need to select whether you're forwarding for approval or feedback.

Then follow these steps to finish forwarding your items. You can also check out this guide to see what happens once those users respond to your forward request.
