Responding to a Forward for Feedback Request

Responding to a Forward for Feedback request is different to responding to a regular approval request. As a result, this guide will show you the slight differences when you're forwarded artwork for feedback.

When you are forwarded artwork for feedback, the sender is asking you for your positive, neutral or negative comments, rather than an approval.

Like a regular approval, you can use the set of annotation tools at the bottom of a page to make comments on the work. You can also add general comments and files.

The key difference on this type of feedback request is a button that says Give Feedback. This button replaces the regular Approval or Changes Requested buttons.

Once you're ready to supply your feedback, click Give Feedback. Specify whether the feedback is positive Screen_Shot_2020-01-03_at_4.37.06_pm.png, neutral Screen_Shot_2020-01-03_at_4.37.18_pm.png or negative Screen_Shot_2020-01-03_at_4.37.23_pm.png.

Then click Submit once you're ready to send off your feedback.
