Sending a Document for Approval
Sometimes documents may need to be sighted and approved by other team members. To do this, go to your Projects list and click on your project. Then scroll down to the Documents section on the resulting page.
Sending a Single Document for Approval
To send a single document for approval, click the blue tick icon that sits in the same row as the document you're hoping to send.
The process for sending a document for approval is identical to the process for sending artwork to approvers. Enter your approvers on the resulting screen screen and click Submit to send your document.
Admation will tell you the number of times your document has been sent for approval.
You may also opt to click the number highlighted above to find out more information about that document's approval status. Click the arrow to find specific information about that document's approval details and workflow.
Sending Documents for Approval in Bulk
To send multiple documents for approval, select the corresponding checkboxes and click the send for approval tick icon from the bar which runs across the top of documents collection.
Tip: This section shows your most recent documents. If you have more than 5 documents loaded to your project, and cannot see your document here, click the blue square button to show all documents stored.
Then enter your approvers on the resulting screen screen and click Submit to send your documents.
As of admation 3.92, document approvers are now able to provide mark up on MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel files in the system!
The Actions bar is also useful when you have multiple documents to delete, to send as an attachment via email or if you have multiple documents to edit details for. Note that external links aren't eligible for batch actions.
