Adding Files to an Empty Deliverable
You can add files to a deliverable, so that you can send it off for approval by the required parties. If you have a deliverable that looks like this when you click it, then you’ll need to add your approval files.
Once you have this files ready, navigate to your Projects list and select the project you want to view.
Choose your deliverable from the menu. You’ll see a dark grey box which prompts you to upload your first version of a file.
Click the Browse button, or drag and drop your file into the outlined field. Then click Done. Click Submit Now if you're ready to submit your work for approval, and check out this guide for your next steps.
Another Option For Adding Files to a Single Empty Deliverable
You can also click the Settings icon for the deliverable. It looks like a grey cog. This settings cog is also useful for updating the structure of your project, or deleting a deliverable that you no longer need. Click New Revision.
Click New Revision from File Upload and Browse your computer to select your artwork.
Wait for your work to load into the system and click Done once it's ready.
The system will then prompt you to submit your artwork for approval now, or later. A blue checkbox illustrates any item you are submitting for approval. Click on a clear checkbox to turn it blue. If you’d like to submit your artwork, click Submit Now and follow this guide to send your artwork to the approvers.
Attaching Files to Multiple Deliverables
You can also upload work to multiple deliverables at the same time. If you want to add artwork to empty deliverables you've created previously, you can click the Add Revisions button at the top of a given project.
You'll see a list of the deliverables for that project, with the option to Drag and Drop or Browse and attach each file to its respective deliverable.
Add your files as needed, then click Upload Selected Files at the top of the screen once you're ready.
Then check out this guide on submitting your approval for your next steps.
