Creating Deliverables with a Website URL Link
Deliverables refer to the artwork or promotional materials you would like approved in admation. A web deliverable refers to anything that you can access by a Staging Link or Website URL. You can use these steps to add deliverables to an existing project. This guide is handy if you hadn’t added your deliverables when you created your project. If you need to create your project, do that first before following these steps.
To start, select your project from the Projects List. Then scroll down to your folder or sub-folder. If you’d like to add your deliverables to a sub-project, find out how to set up your sub-project folders here.
Once you’ve located your project or sub-project, click the Settings Cog icon, and click Create New Deliverables. You can also click the New Deliverable button.
Technically, you don't require files to add a web deliverable. Start by clicking Create Web Deliverables.
To add a Web Deliverable to your project, click Add Web Deliverables and choose the deliverable type from the resulting menu. Usually there will be a specific asset type for Website or Landing Page, if that's what you're after. Specify the number of website URLs needed for the project and then click Add Deliverables.
Enter a name for your link, then type and include the URL of where the test site(s) can be found. If a password is required to access the site (ie. a staging site), enter this information in this section too.
Click the pencil icon to make your edits, where required.
To make bulk changes to the deliverable type, you can use the empty checkboxes on the left side of your screen to select the appropriate deliverables, then click the Grouped Pencil Icon to make your changes.
Click the checkbox to select a field that you'd like to edit for the deliverables you selected earlier. Make your changes then click Apply Changes to Selected Deliverables.
Click Add Deliverables once you’re ready to add your links to your project. Follow our guides on submitting artwork for approval once you’re ready to have your artwork reviewed. You may also like to pass on these instructions for reviewing website links in admation too.
