Creating Deliverables if You Have Your Files Ready

Creating Deliverables if You Have Your Files Ready

Deliverables refer to the artwork or promotional materials you would like approved in admation. You can use these steps to add deliverables to an existing project. This guide is handy if you hadn’t added your deliverables when you created your project, or if you would like to add additional deliverables with artwork directly to your project. If you need to create your project, do that first before following these steps.

To start, select your project from the Projects list. Then scroll down to your folder or sub-folder. If you’d like to add your deliverables to a sub-project, find out how to set up your sub-project folders here.

Once you’ve located your project or sub-project, click the Settings Cog Screen_Shot_2019-09-30_at_2.10.56_pm.png icon, and click Create New Deliverables. You can also click Add Deliverables at the top of the screen.

If you have your files ready, you can upload files from your computer to the project. Attach files from your computer to your project by clicking the Browse button. Continue adding files as needed.

You can also drag and drop the file(s) into the allocated area. This feature is great if you'd like to add multiple deliverables at the same time. Once you're happy with your uploads, click Done

Once you have selected your deliverable(s), fill in the rest of your deliverable information. Click the pencil icon Screen_Shot_2019-09-30_at_4.13.28_pm.png to make your edits, where required.

To make bulk changes to your deliverables, you can use the empty checkboxes on the left side of your screen to select the appropriate deliverables, then click the Grouped Pencil Icon to make your changes.

Click the checkbox to select a field that you'd like to edit for the deliverables you selected earlier. Make your changes then click Apply Changes to Selected Deliverables.

You can also Drag and Drop supporting images into the overview field.

Click Add Deliverables once you’re ready to add your files to your project. Follow our guides on submitting artwork for approval once you’re ready to have your artwork reviewed.
