What are Deliverables?

Deliverables sit underneath your project under a folder structure.

They refer to the work that you would like approved in admation. They may include eDMs, Google Remarketing Ads, social media ads, banners, flyers or billboards. We currently support the following formats:

  • PDF files including single and multi-page files;
  • PNG files;
  • JPG or JPEG files;
  • HTML 5 Banner Ad files;
  • Website URLs;
  • Static GIF files;
  • MP4 video files;
  • MS Documents including Word, Powerpoint and Excel;

To upload HTML5 banner ads, simply add the .zip file to your deliverable. They'll render in admation as shown here.

MS Documents may take some time to load in admation when sent as either a document or deliverable. More information on this can be found here.

Websites and video files can be annotated in the system, though their annotation process is slightly different. More information on this can be found in the attached respective guides.

You can also upload Adobe files (.PSD, .INDD) as Production Files which are discussed here.

Do I need to have Files to Create Deliverables?

You can create deliverables with the artwork attached, but it's not a requirement. However, you have the option to create empty deliverables if you wish.
