Finding the Project Assets Section of a Project

Each and every project and deliverable in admation has a central repository for project assets. Project assets refer to any materials you may want to use within a piece of artwork. Usually marketers, photographers or videographers will provide these assets within deliverables so that designers can put the work together using the intended imagery.

To find your project assets, head to your Projects list and select your project. If you'd like to filter down to a deliverable, select the deliverable from the left hand side menu.

Scroll down the page to find your project assets. 

Uploading Assets to a Project 

To upload new assets to a project, click the Browse button or drag and drop your files into the allocated area.

Load your files and hit Done once you're happy with your changes. 

By loading assets directly to a project, the assets are associated only to the project. They will not be stored in the Asset Library as a result.

Linking Existing Assets from the Asset Library 

Sometimes you may have loaded your assets into the asset library previously. And with the click of a button, you can link these to your admation projects! If you would like to link existing logos or imagery from the asset library, click the Link from Asset Library button.

You can use the search filters to narrow down your search further. Then use the checkboxes to select the items you would like to link to your project. When a checkbox is blue , it has been selected. Then click Link to link the assets to your project.

Once you're redirected to your project, you may like to view the items you've linked to your project. Designers also on your project team will be able to preview and download the assets for use in their work where needed! Keep reading to find out how to do this.

Viewing, Downloading & Deleting Linked Assets

You can click the glasses icon  to preview the item, the download icon to download the file to your computer, or the red  to remove the item from the project assets section. 

If you would like to make changes to multiple items in this list, you can use the checkboxes along the left hand side to bulk download or bulk add project assets to your cart .

Viewing Assets If You Have More Than 5 Assets Loaded to a Project

By default, the Project Assets section shows the 5 most recently added assets. To view more assets, click the Blue Arrow .

You may like to change views from this screen to view your assets as thumbnails.

As per the previous screen, you'll have similar options to bulk add project assets to your cart, bulk download or bulk delete assets from your project.
