New Dates for Campaign Development Phase
Item ID: 17326
We have added new date fields called Start Date and End Date to campaigns so that marketers can set out the period where the Campaign Development Phase happens. This phase describes a period where marketers prepare for the campaign launch. The new dates can be accessed in the following screens:
- Under the Campaign Development section in a Campaign
- Under the Campaign Development section in the Campaign Calendar Side Panel

Campaign Calendar View
Item ID: 16736
We have revamped the Campaign Calendar and added a plethora of exciting features that will help marketers effectively plan and organize all planned, current, and future campaigns in the application. This awesome new calendar can be accessed by going into Campaigns in the site map and clicking Show As -> Calendar View.
Campaign Calendar
As shown in the image above, the Campaign Calendar is similar to the Job Gantt view in terms of design. The notable difference is it can show two (2) Gantt bars for each campaign: a light-colored bar that shows the Campaign Development dates, and a dark-colored bar which shows the In Market dates. Furthermore, users can switch the timeline displayed in the calendar by clicking on the following time period options:
- Fortnight
- Month
- Quarter
Marketers have the option to filter the list of campaigns in the view by either Campaign or Status. Below shows the list of filter options per heading:
- Campaign – Only one option can be selected at a time.
- My Campaigns – The calendar will only show campaigns that you own.
- All Campaigns – The calendar will show all campaigns in the application.
- Status – Both of these options can be selected at a time.
- Campaign Development – Campaigns will be displayed based on the Campaign Development Dates.
- In Market – Campaigns will be displayed based on the In Market Start Date.
Filters in Campaign Calendar
Lastly, users have the option to create a new campaign in the view, and to view/update campaign information via the side panel.
Campaign Calendar Side Panel
Item ID: 16899; 17416
We have implemented a campaign side panel for the Campaign Calendar view. The side panel is an awesome feature that lets marketers have a quick glance to a campaign’s information without the need to go directly inside the campaign. The side panel can be accessed by clicking the name of the campaign located at either the left side of the Campaign Calendar or inside the Gantt bar. It would show the following details:
- Campaign Name
- Campaign ID
- Status
- Campaign Development Dates
- In Market Dates (includes Duration)
- Campaign Description
- Campaign Owner
- Approvers
In addition, if the marketer wants to see the full information of a campaign, then the marketer can click on the Go to Campaign label. Moreover, the side panel can be used by marketers for the following scenarios:
- Creating a Campaign (this is discussed in detail in the next feature)
- Modifying the Campaign Details (listed before) for campaigns that they own

Using Campaign Calendar
Item ID: 16898
We have allowed marketers to create campaigns inside the Campaign Calendar view so that marketers would not need to move into a different screen. To start creating campaigns inside the view, the marketer needs to click on the New Campaign button located at the top-right corner of the view. Once clicked, a side panel will show that lets the marketer fill-out the details of the campaign. The marketer needs to press the Save button to complete the process. Once saved, the Campaign Calendar will adjust on the timeline of the period in which the campaign is created. However, please take note that the shift is dependent on which dates (either Campaign Development Dates or In Market Dates) have been populated.

Asset Management in DAM
- Folder Management – The DAM offers users the ability to create and manage folders to organize their assets.
Adding Folders in DAM
- Audit/Logging – The DAM offers auditing capabilities which helps administrators have an insight on the changes happening to the assets and folders inside DAM.
Audit Logs in DAM
The DAM can be accessed by heading to the DAM section of the Admin menu.
