What's New?

• We have added new views for Jobs and Campaigns.
• You now have a new editable view to help campaign owners manage jobs inside the campaign. The view shows jobs in a tabular list and shows the following information: 
  • Job Name
  • Assignee
  • Start Date
  • Due Date
  • Duration
  • Status
  • Dependencies
• We have added a new side panel feature to Jobs, that you can use to quickly view the information of job. The side panel is shown whenever you click on a job card.
• Job dependencies have been added allowing you to define dependencies which must be completed before completing the dependent job.
• You will now receive email notifications for predecessor jobs.
• Using the Clone Job feature you can now create a copy of an existing job. 
• We have introduced a new role type for approvals. 
  • A user is now required to have an approval role in order to be added to an Approval Template, Approval Workflow or an Approval Group.
  • An approver is now required to have an approval role in order to receive an Approval request.

Updates

Design upgrades on some of the existing views, and simplification of some processes.

Jobs

• The Job page has been redesigned to include 4 sections, Job Details, Participants, Job Checklist, and Comments.
• We have reduced the number of Job Statuses from 9 to 4. You now only have Draft, To Do, In Progress, and Complete status options. 
• We removed the Start button so that job assignee can easily start working on a job.
• We updated the Job Kanban View inside a campaign to have a new and cleaner design.
  You now have can use two new views 'My Jobs' and 'My Completed Jobs' to keep track of the work assigned to you.
• Using the new Gantt view for jobs inside a campaign you can view the timeline of jobs within a campaign.

Library

• We have added a search feature that allows you to quickly locate assets inside your library. 
• Updated filtering options now allow you to more easily see relevant assets.
• Library Assets can be expanded by single-clicking the double-sided arrow on the asset thumbnail. 
• The new panel on the left side of the Library Preview allows you to easily view and navigate folders and subfolders. 
• We have added a new 'Clone from Library' option, that you can use to create a copy of a library asset and attach to another existing entity. 
• Assets can only be removed if they are in the status: “WIP-Draft” or have completed the Approval process and have been rejected.
• Assets which are still under review or have been approved cannot be deleted.
• Library assets cannot be removed, though they can be moved to other Folders or made inactive.
• Folders can only be removed if they are empty.

Approvals

We have enabled Approvers to action all their pending approvals with as little navigation as possible though the new 'Asset Approvals' view.
