What's New?

• From this release you will have access to 3 new features, Delegation, Out of Office, and In-app Notifications.

Delegation

You can use this option to pass on your work, either an assigned job or approval, to another user.

Out of Office

Now you can specify days when you will be out of office and together with the Delegation option, nominate someone else to cover Jobs or Approvals.

In-app Notifications

You will now be notified when

• Campaign or Job fields have been updated
• New Approvals
• Overdue of pending Jobs or Approvals

 You can access notifications by clicking the new 'bell' icon on the header of Simple.

Updates

• Now as soon as a job is launched, you can immediately start to add time entries. 
• We have also added Campaign and Job Logs that will let you follow keep a track of how Jobs and Campaigns are progressing.

With Campaign logs you can see the following information: 

• Field updates for the campaign
• Field updates for jobs within the campaign
• Field updates for assets within the campaign
• Approval history in the campaign

Job logs will show you, 

• When field updates have been done for the job
• When field updates have been done for assets inside a job
• The approval history in the campaign
