Simple manages access and security within the platform through the use of User Roles. Simple provides 5 types of user roles to users with each role having access to certain activities within Simple. The user roles within Simple in descending access rights are: 

• Simple Administrator
• Marketer
• Approver (Assignee)
• Simple Reports/Dashboard Consumer
• Agency
